The Cabinet agenda also includes posting of secretary Benazir Income Support Programme, appointment of director/managing director of Pak-Kuwait Investment Company Limited (PKICL), appointment of managing director of Pak-Brunei Investment Company Limited, and payment of subsidy charges to the executing agencies of the Prime Minister's Youth Business Loan (PMYBL) Scheme through technical supplementary grant (TSG).
The Cabinet agenda also included ex post facto approval for the acceptance of medals "King Abdul Aziz Medal of Excellence" and "The Legion of Merit (Degree of Commander)" to Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman (Retd) conferred by the governments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United States of America Respectively.
The Cabinet agenda also included approval of Islamabad National University Bill, 2018, appointment of a judge, Special Court (Central) Islamabad, approval in principle of draft Islamabad Healthcare Facilities Management, Ordinance 2018, appointment of executive director Pakistan Health Research Council (PHRC), and appointment of managing director National Energy and Conservation Authority (NEECA).
The Cabinet will also take up the matter of notification of tariff determination in the matter of tariff petition field by M/S Gharo Solar (Pvt) Ltd for determination of reference generation tariff in respect of 50-MWP solar power project, disbursement of pending contractual amount ACC project, facilitation of immediate deportation of Gokhan Yildir, a Turkish national, to Turkey or arrest him, and appointment of chairman Capital Development Authority.
The Cabinet agenda also included consideration of proposal submitted by BNP (Pvt) Ltd in compliance with directions of the Supreme Court in case titled "Sarmad Faraz Vs CDA."
The Cabinet will also take up the matter of ratification of the decisions taken by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet in its meeting held on 01.01.2019 and ratification of the decisions taken by Cabinet Committee on Energy (CCoE) in its meeting held on 26.12.2018.
